At Puzzles Galore, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in a finished masterpiece. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
